3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper , then grease the paper and set the pan aside.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together applesauce and eggs until smooth. In another bowl. whisk together flour baking powder, baking soda and salt.
