  1. Frozen banana smoothie: Add 1 frozen banana and 2 cups of milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Frozen strawberry yogurt smoothie: In a blender, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup of strawberries, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Blend until smooth.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and continue to cook until sugar is melted and mixture becomes light brown, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in flour and continue to cook until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool briefly.
  4. Whisk egg yolk and milk together in a bowl until smooth. Add mixture to cooled sugar mixture then beat until thickened.
  5. Pour mixture into an oven-safe baking dish or glass baking dish. Place dish on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Or until custard is firm to the touch and golden brown around the edges. Serve immediately or cool completely before serving.
